Our Instructors
Chef Toya Robles
Toya started cooking with her grandmother in the kitchen when she was just a little girl back in the islands. She now resides in Mansfield, TX, and is the owner of The Salted Crust bakery. She and her baked goods have been featured in Mansfield Now, Shout Out Dallas, and Voyage Dallas Magazine. After seeing the impacts of COVID19 on the restaurant industry, she launched The Saffron Smoothie to bridge the gap between the talents of her fellow chefs and the aspiring home cook.
Chef Tanisha ‘Tee Renee’ Gladney
Chef Tee Renee is a classically trained chef, who specializes in baking and pastry. Chef Tee Renee has had her desserts featured in two D.C. restaurants, ran a successful Groupon campaign, taught several baking classes and more. She has since relocated back to her home state of California and continues to teach while running her pastry company, Just a TeeSpoon. She currently serves as Executive Pastry Chef for a local yogurt company in Northern California.
